A tribe or comrade makes a request for what troop or resource they would want, in exchange a troop/resource that I build for them.
I know that may be confusing.
For example:
You ask for 10,000 clay in exchange for 10,000 axe.
If I had 10,000 clay I would agree to trade & expect to be paid in 10k axe.
